On that fine day, I had invited the respective journalists from The Star and News Straits Times to join us for the Art Trail Shuttle to enjoy hands-on experience that would be provided to tourists from participating hotels.  I was grateful for their participation and their ever-positive response. Gathering everyone, we hopped into the van from Prince Hotel to journey into our first route at Jalan Ampang. Our very first stop is none other than Galeri Petronas; we visited the gallery and had a meet and greet session with the representative, Mr. Rosli A Rahim (Galeri Petronas Director) & Ms. Erna Dyanty Bt Mad Daluis.

Moving to our next destination, Pavilion Shopping Mall; all of us were well received by the mall's representative, Christine Chua (Marketing Manager). The press were then invited inside to witness the impressive works of art and sculptures that are displayed in Pavilion, and next-to-it, the prestigious mall, Starhill Gallery.

The sky turned from cloudy to black but we still went on with our art trail. Fortunately, it was just a passing cloud! We then strolled to Sungai Wang Plaza and the journalists were impressed by the installation works by students from Saito College who utilised recycle products. They were then warmly welcomed by the mall's representative, Ms. Joanne Lee (Senior Executive) & Ms. Wanncy Wong (Marketing Communications)

Indeed, I would like to extend my thanks to the media; without them, the huge awareness of the FREE Art Trail Shuttle can't be disseminated to the tourists. I also would like to thank all participating hotels and shopping malls that tireless support MCAT's endeavour. It was a successful day, and it certainly will spark to more art shuttles in the future. Hopefully, this initiative will encourage more shopping malls to participate in MCAT activities. At the end of the day, we headed back to Prince Hotel for a sumptous lunch hosted by Ms. Elisa Saw, Director of Marketing Communications.
